常智杰,清华大学医学院教授,博士生导师。1982-1989年,在西北农业大学分别获得学士、硕士和博士学位;1990-1995年,在西北农业大学任副教授;1995-1998年,在美国华盛顿大学等访问学者博士后;1998-2005年,任清华大学副教授。2005年至今任清华大学教授、博士生导师。现任FEBS Letters编委。获第12届清华大学“良师益友”奖,2012清华大学先进个人奖,2014国务院政府特殊津贴。回国后发表SCI收录论文85篇,获发明专利20余项。发表论文被引用超过1000余次。主要科研方向为:细胞信号传导与疾病的关系,重点研究TGF-, STAT3, Wnt,FGF等信号通路中关键蛋白的泛素化及磷酸化修饰,研究这些信号通路异常与肿瘤发生及类风湿性关节炎发生发展的关系,寻找治疗肿瘤及类风湿性关节炎的药物靶点。

Dr. Chang received his Ph. D. in animal genetics and breeding in the Northwestern Agricultural University, China in 1989 and did a postdoctoral research and fellowship during 1995-1998 in the School of Medicine, St. Louis University, Medical Center, Washington University at St. Louis, and Department of Pathology at University of Alabama at Birmingham, USA. He came to join Tsinghua University in 1998. His research interests are the signal transduction related to human diseases. Specific research projects are including regulation of the critical proteins in the signal transductions by ubiquitination, modification of STAT3, the roles of TGF-beta, Wnt and FGF signaling in the cell proliferation and differentiation, the gene regulation of metastasis, and the role of IL-17 in the inflammation. He has published 85 SCI cited papers in the international journals in Tsinghua. He also serves as an editor for FEBS Letters.
